I am an Energy and Transformational Specialist. What does this mean? Well, I use energy-psychology techniques to work with the mind, body, emotion and spirit, make permanent change at a deep level.

Some people like to know what qualifications I have and many are surprised to discover that my background appears quite different to what I do now, having achieved BSc(Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics, followed by a MSc(Eng) in Integrated Management Systems at the University of Birmingham in UK. I became heavily involved in the Computer Systems of Engineering companies, working as an Applications Consultant for a Software company before moving to Australia in 2000 with my (then) husband.

After I short break I joined the University of Western Australia where I worked within the Finance Department as an Applications Specialist. Fortunate to work part time after my first child was born, I returned to study and trained to become a Maths teacher. I had already started my journey of personal development and this teaching course gave me a taste of Psychology, through understanding children's behaviour, which I found to be fascinating.

Whilst I loved teaching and enjoyed the challenge of high school children, I sensed that the education system wasn't where I was meant to be.

Over the following years I studied and gained qualifications in holistic modalities including Yoga, Pranic Healing (Psychotherapy), Reiki (Master Trainer), EFT, the Chakra System, Transformational Coaching and Evolutionary Mystic Meditation, and also devoured many books and podcasts. I have trained with many incredible mentors during this time, including:
